About this Site:
The AnimeLeech website is about nothing really. It's really just my way of organizing my anime pictures through the use of html. All the windows XP plugins in the world couldn't organize my anime pictures the way i wan't them. Having a folder named "my pictures" isn't good enough for me and making more directories within directories is not my thing. So, I decided to organise all of my images using HTML. |

So then why did you post it all online?
I was killing two birds with one stone. I felt the need to make a website. (for no real reason. Just having a place online) and i thought why not make a website with all my anime pics available to anyone and everyone? Why not? |

That makes sense, but why bother opologizing for downtime and excusing yourself from failed updates?
For the few people that actually visit my site and rely on it for whatever reason. I get emails now and then with compliments and a few guestbook signins. I do it for them. |

Do you really plan to have all the anime pictures on the face of this earth on your site?
Sure, why the hell not? I figure, if i limit myself to only certain anime, I think i can pull it off. I got a life time of free time ahead of me. Sounds like fun. |

Do all of the images here belong to you?
I guess. I have no idea. I just got these from the web from people who got them from someone else who got them from someone else and so on and so forth. So i'm pretty sure that some kid is out there downloading all of my pictures, and he'll probably make his own website and post those on his site. And thus continues the cycle of the internet. But the only thing I claim to be mine here, is the HTML, and the majority of the buttons, title menu's, and signatures. |

How long did it take you to make your site?
About 4 years and counting. Well not that it took me that long. I had it done at first in maybe like a month or so when i first began back in 1999. But I kept evolving it in diffrent ways for months after that and adding more pictures and all that. And up to this point right now, its been 4 years. And I think i advanced pretty nicely in my opinion. I might feel the need to use flash later on but for right now i'm sticking with HTML. |

Ok, wait a minute. What was the purpose of your site, again?
Anime Image Archive. A good place to get a lot of anime pictures from your favorite animes. Conviniently organized and ultra easy to find. When you're looking for a specific picture, this should be the first place to go to before wasting your time on a search engine or ambiguous anime picture sites. |

What makes your site so special? There are way better looking sites out there with tons more images and they actually have a "community"! Your place sucks!
Pfft. If you like their advertisements and popups. go ahead, enjoy them. I'm probably the only guy who offers tons of anime pics and doesn't have a single banner on his site. (excluding my counter and my guestbook) :p Not only that, but even though they have a super awesome thumbnail format that uses php instead of html so you can "organize" them in any order you want they STILL don't organize it the way I LIKE images to be orgainzed. They always fall short of the perfect layout! Sure they might have nifty arrows so you can go to the next image, but I hate how you don't know if the next image is really something you want to see, so you end up clicking back anyway to see which image you want to see next out of all the thumbnails. You don't think I know? I've been leeching pictures and images for years. I know how to get images even when the webmasters don't want us to get them and they use their stupid disable-right-click scripts and don't let us use download programs. I LEECH, so you don't have to. Thank me later. |
